Please read schedule carefully.  Sweepstakes will be awarded on the basis of 5 points for each first place, 3 points for each second place, and 1 point for each third place with an additional 1 point for each entry in the class.

Not more than two entries may be made by a single exhibitor in any one class. Entries in other sections of the fair may be pooled .

Bring you own containers for specimen blooms. All specimen blooms should have foliage with them. Containers for arrangements and bouquets must be furnished by exhibitor and should be suitable to the exhibit. All entries must be grown by the amateur exhibitor.

All plant material should be clean, but not artificially treated. Specimen blooms must be exhibited with their own foliage attached to stems. Specimens should be free of insect spray residue.

Entries must be in place by 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, July 18 and will be released at 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 22. We will not be responsible for flowers and containers after 8:00 p.m. on that date. Ribbons presented through 03 place. Prizes will be awarded as follows: Sweepstakes–First, $15.00; Second, $10.00; Third, $5.00; Specimen Classes–First, $4.00; Second, $3.00; Third, $2.00; Fourth, $1.50; Fifth, $1.00; Bouquets and Arrangements–First, $9.00; Second, $6.50; Third, $4.00; Fourth, $3.00; Fifth, $2.00.

If a class isn’t filled, the superintendent or judge reserves the right to group classes. Decisions of the judges will be final.

Some work space will be provided for exhibitors. You are welcome to bring your own work table if you wish.

Fair or Superintendent will not be responsible for flowers or containers missing.
