The Kane County Fair Board has set the 2020 Fair dates of July 15-19. Please note that the Fair has a (4) day run.

(1) The Fair may provide the back drop, side dividers, and a dual electrical outlet in an enclosed, secured building. Cost for 10X10 booth is $350. Corner/end caps is $400. All electric requirements beyond 110/twenty amp will have a minimal additional cost of $150. (2) Outside space for trades is rented at $23.00 per front foot, 10'min. 5' increments; Minimum charge $230. Please note that tents are not available through the Fair and you cannot use tents that require staking.

Fees include (1) one vehicle pass and (4) four season tickets or (20) twenty daily passes or some combination of the two. Additional passes may be purchased at the Fair office; (1) one Season pass or (5) daily passes cost $25.00. Additional vehicle passes (limit 1) cost $15.00.

The trade buildings will open on Thursday (opening day) at 8:00 a.m. for set-up and at 3 p.m. to the public; all other days the trades will open at 11:00 a.m. to exhibitors and at 12:00 p.m. to the public. The trade buildings stay open nightly until 9:00 p.m., except on Friday and Saturday when they are open until 10 p.m. and Sunday until 8:00 p.m. You are required to be in your booth at all times. Set-up is on Tuesday the week of the Fair, police security will begin that evening. Tear-down will be on Sunday after 8:00 p.m. Anyone breaking down before 8:00 p.m. without written permission from the fair office may not be allowed back the following year. No vehicles are allowed on the midway on Sunday until after 10 p.m.

There is trailer parking facilities on the grounds; hook-ups are available. Reservations are not taken in advance for these spaces. They will be available on Monday the week preceding the Fair. Normal size trailers have a daily rental fee of $30.00 payable upon arrival, in the Fair office.

If you wish to be an exhibitor at the Fair, please fill out the vendor application and send it in along with full payment (all payments are non-refundable unless space is not available). Applications received without deposit will not be processed. If you have a preference of area, please indicate it on the application and be sure to include an itemized listing of the merchandise to be in your booth. Last year's exhibitors have until March 15th to reserve the same space. After March 15th reservations will be taken in postmark order. Liability insurance is required and is available for $50.00 through the Fair office.
