The Kane County Fair Board has set the 2024 fair dates of July 17-21. Food vendors should contact Bill Johnson at 847-259-9090 or info@fantasyamusements.com.
Non food: Outside space for vendors is rented at $35 per front foot, 10' min. 5' increments with minimum charge of $350. Rentals that are deeper in depth than frontage will be charged based on depth. Tents that require staking are not allowed. Tents are not available through the fair.
Above fees include (1) one vehicle pass and (4) four season tickets or (20) twenty daily passes or some combination of the two. Additional passes may be purchased at the fair office: (1) one season pass or (4) four daily passes can be purchased for $25.00. Additional parking passes sell for $15.00 each.
Setup for outside vendors wil be on Tuesday or Wednesday prior to the fair. Setup on Tuesday runs from 12 noon until 6 pm. Set up on Wednesday begins at 9 am and must me completed prior to the fair opening at 3 pm. No vehicles are allowed on the Midway during the fair until Sunday night of the fair after 10 pm.
RV parking is available on a first come first serve basis with a daily rate of $35.00
If you wish to be a vendor (non food) at the fair, please fill out the application and send it in along with full payment (all payments are non refundable). Applications received without payment will not be processed. Please include an itemized listing of the merchandise to be in your booth to help prevent duplications. Last years vendors have until March 2024 to secure their space. After March 2024 reservations will be taken in postmark order.
Liability insurance is required naming the Kane County Fair as additional named insured.
